What is exactly included in the charter price?
The charter fee includes the yacht rental, a professional crew, comprehensive insurance, and standard equipment (towels, snorkeling gear, water toys, etc.). It does not include fuel, food and beverages, or berthing outside the home port. These are managed via the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).
What is the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance)?
The APA is an advance fund, typically 30% of the total charter fee, designed to cover variable expenses (estimated fuel, food, premium drinks, special berths). At the end of the charter, the captain provides a detailed receipt breakdown, and any unused funds are instantly refunded.
Can you handle restaurant or beach club reservations during the charter?
Absolutely. We provide a 24/7 onboard concierge service. Our strong local relationships allow us to secure priority access and VIP tables at high-demand venues like Lío Ibiza, Beso Beach Formentera, or exclusive Riviera clubs.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
To confirm a reservation, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% plus the APA must be paid 30 days prior to embarkation. Cancellations are governed by standard MYBA industry agreements tailored to your contract.
Is it possible to request special diets or allergies for onboard meals?
Yes, the culinary experience is 100% customized. Prior to embarkation, you will receive a detailed preference sheet so our onboard chef (or high-end catering service) can design a menu tailored strictly to your diets, allergies, and tastes.
Do I need any kind of sailing or boating license?
Not at all. All out luxury yachts operate with certified captains and highly experienced crew to guarantee your total comfort and safety.
